Principal Engineer, Structures & Fluids
Our client require a skilled, experienced engineer to add to their technical consulting capabilities, as well as to mentor the Structures and Fluids group. The role sits in the technical axis and requires a broad range of activities:
* Civil structural analysis or stress/fluid analysis
* Interpretation of clients’ technical needs
* Preparation of proposals
* Technical leadership on projects
* Assistance in local marketing initiatives
* Project management
* Personnel management
Essential Requirements
* MEng/BEng/BSc(Hons) Engineering related degree (upper second class or above)
* Chartered Engineer
* Extensive post CEng experience of structural or fluid analysis
* Commercial experience and experience in managing a customer relationship
Essential Skills
* Computational analysis (FEA or CFD)
* Experience in Ansys, Abaqus, Fluent
* Excellence in verbal and written communication
