Our client is a windfarm and renewable energy consultancy providing environmental impact assessment and planning services to the renewable energy industry.
Their clients include a variety of organisations including renewable energy developers, power generators, landowners, and public sector bodies;
Services provided by our client include Environmental Impact Assessment; project management; ecology; ornithology; noise assessment; visualizations; planning; public exhibitions; due diligence; resource assessment; feasibility studies; windfarm site finding; and post-planning support such as environmental monitoring.
They operate throughout the UK and Ireland, and they are looking to strengthen their growing team by appointing a Noise Scientist to join and support their noise team.
It is essential that candidates have a BSc (Hons) Relevant degree.
Typically we would expect someone to have a minimum of four years relevant work experience in noise or acoustics to have the skills and knowledge required to undertake this role successfully.
You will be located in their office in Yorkshire, but this role will involve largely working out on site. Our client offers an excellent working environment and competitive salaries.
